Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after have gone by since purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to manufacturer.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defected or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, send us a photo of the defective merchandise and email to maryngang@yahoo.com.

Shipping

Shipping will be within 24 hours of payment.  We allow exchanges up to 7 days after receive of items.
