We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after have gone by since purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defected or damaged.  If you you need to exchange  it for the same item, send us a photo of the defective merchandise and email to maryngang@yahoo.com.
